Has anyone else had a fadal come up with the message "helical move too small"? I have tried everything to get past this, to no remedy. I have tried several different finishing modes in surface milling, but every time is comes up with this message. On the lines that it is showing the move on, I am getting "x", "y", "z", "i", and "j". Just hoping that someone else has seen this.

We had the same trouble 10 years ago and had our service engineer edit our post. He changed our circular moves from generating code from full circles to generating every 90 degrees, but lately with our latest FeatureCam 15 R2 we have had 2 crashes. I will include the post, maybe it can help. I seems Fadals do not like same circles.
