Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.

I was wondering if someone could look at a few errors I'm getting in my FC file.

Essential it is a series of concentric ring-like channels. My tool diameter is .001in, and my smallest channel is exactly .001in, yet there are several rings that get the error of tool being to large. Also I get the "cannot find ramp in/out arc" error on just about every other ring. Is this a big issue?

Between each channel is a .001in raised and uncut ring, and the channel sizes vary from .001 to .013346 inches.

There is geometry for each ring boundary if you wish to hide the features and show only the geometry.

Once again thank you.

I suggest turning off helical ramping, and also disabling lead in/out for features that are the exact same size as your cutter.
